Annual Shareholders Meeting
The Annual Shareholders meeting is held on the Saturday closest to the Fourth of July. All Shareholders are notified of the date and time of the Annual Meeting.
Board Meetings
Board of Directors meetings are open to all Shareholders and are held at least four times a year. Meetings are normally held in conjunction with the holiday weekends of Memorial Day, Fourth of July (a meeting before and after the Annual Shareholders meeting),Labor Day or in October . Other meetings may be called as needed.
