Financial Reviews
A Financial Review is required by the state of California of every water district on an annual basis. A review is conducted by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) using generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). It is not a full audit, but provides an independent outside review of the water districts financial position. 2022 Review was not done.

Musick Meadows #2 Consumer Confidence Reports, Water Testing
The consumer confidence report is the annual drinking quality water report using federal and state EPA water quality standards. It is prepared by an independent laboratory and sent to all shareholders and the state Water Resources Control Board by July of each year. Lead & Copper is a required water test from the Water Resource Board, Property owner receives copy of the report if their address was used for testing
