Board Meetings Board of Directors meetings are open to all Shareholders and are held at least four times a year. Meetings are normally held around the time of the holiday weekends for Memorial Day, Fourth of July (a meeting is held before and after the Annual Shareholders meeting), and Labor Day or in October. Other meetings may be called as needed.
